For this purpose, we use time vessels during everyday school life to develop independent learning among students step by step.
From 1:1 to
independency
The PURA VIDA School has the vision that every child and young person has the opportunity to develop into a self-determined individual who can later assert themselves in 21st century society and contribute to it in shaping it. We want to achieve this through targeted priorities and support. Especially when entering our school, it is important to us to ensure close support. The aim is to teach children and young people the processes of everyday school life more quickly. In addition, they will be picked up at their individual level of learning. As the training progresses, learners acquire skills with which they can independently design and organize their everyday learning routine. This in turn should prepare for the period after elementary school.
Bilingual learning
In order to cover both languages (German & English) and the corresponding competencies in everyday school life, lessons are taught at all levels by a team of teachers, with one teacher teaching exclusively in English and the other only in German. In this so-called immersive lesson, other subject areas are taught in English in addition to language teaching.
Thanks to this bilingual learning environment, children and young people learn a second foreign language in an easy way.
