Every year, the students from grades 2 to 9 head off on a special two-day hike in the Alpstein region. The route takes us from Brülisau up to the Ruhesitz and on to the idyllic Plattenbödeli. For the older students from grade 7 onwards, the route is even more challenging up to Bollenwees.
During the hike, we experience the impressive natural surroundings together, overcome various challenges, and grow as a team. The hours spent together, the mutual motivation and the laughter along the way bring the group closer together and create space for new friendships. Once at the Sämtisersee, the jump into the cold water is a welcome challenge for many – and will certainly be remembered for a long time.
This annual hike is more than just a physical activity. It strengthens team spirit, boosts self-confidence and creates valuable shared experiences that enrich everyday school life in the long term. It remains a special highlight of the school year for everyone involved.
