January 22 – Day 1
On January 22nd it started: the first day of the two sports and snow days of PURA VIDA school. On this Wednesday morning, the kids in different groups had a sporty and fun day skating, playing bowling or at the trampoline park.
On the ice field field hockey was played diligently, pirouettes were turned and some falls were accepted ????.
Meanwhile, the kids were aiming high in the trampoline park, practicing flips and competing with each other in various strength courses.
The bowling group was able to take it a little more comfortably – the togetherness and the fun of the game were also in the foreground here. We all spent an adventurous half day of sports and look back on the shared experiences with a joyful smile.
January 23 – Day 2
On the morning of January 23rd, the 2nd and 3rd cycle students gathered full of anticipation for the upcoming ski day. The car was already waiting at the train station in St. Gallen – the excursion to Wildhaus was thus heralded.
After the short drive, we had left the fog behind – the bright sun and blue sky awaited us on the spot. Motivated, the various ski and snowboard groups set off for the slopes and the polysport group also started hiking right away. From then on, the morning was filled with exciting conversations on the ski lifts, fast-paced descents for the advanced skiers, and many educational and fun moments for the beginners.
At noon we were allowed to enjoy a refreshment in the form of chicken nuggets and french fries in the restaurant Oberdorf – and we also asked for a small dessert.
Full of energy and momentum, the afternoon continued. While the alternative group tried their hand at curling, the piste skiers continued to whizz through the ski area, enjoying the steel blue skies and time together in the snow.
The hours flew by and soon it was time to head home. Tired and satisfied we all sat down in the car and talked about the great experiences of the day: What an adventurous day that was – ¡PURA VIDA!
