True to PURA VIDA’s motto “Let something new come into being”, something completely new is currently being created at the future location of our school. Indeed, PURA VIDA will receive a new learning environment at the end of January 2018.
To get a picture of the PURA VIDA future, the whole school – from kindergarteners to 10th grade students – visited the construction site at 99 Fürstenlandstrasse on Oct. 31st, 2017.
The progress of construction was marveled at by young and old – the anticipation of the move even greater. In order to get to know the future learning environment better, the children completed a post run in mixed-age groups, where they had to answer all kinds of questions about the premises and the history of PURA VIDA.
Many a question left the participants amazed: The new premises have an area of 1,300 m2, there are a total of 180 windows, 26 rooms, in April 2016 PURA VIDA started with four students, today it has almost 50 students, the number of teachers has increased from three to 16 and “joy of learning” is the motto of PURA VIDA.
During the final ice cream meal, the guests marveled once again at the progress of the renovation work and looked over the shoulders of the craftsmen with gratitude for their creative work.
